RYSE Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Effective October 20, 2026 for affiliates who join on or after that date, and November 3, 2026 for affiliates who joined before October 20, 2026.
Welcome to RYSE! Thanks for joining our Affiliate Program.
These Terms and Conditions apply to everyone who accesses or uses the RYSE Affiliate Program (the "Program"), both RYSE USA Inc. ("RYSE", "we" or "merchant") and each affiliate ("you" or "affiliate") who refers customers to RYSE products.
By registering for or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to them in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as an affiliate or to participate in the Program in any manner.
1. Registration and Eligibility
We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your registration.
- Each person or business may hold only one affiliate account. Creating or operating more than one account, directly or through other people, is not permitted.
- All information you provide, including your name, email address, website and social media accounts, must be accurate and must belong to you. You may only list websites and channels that you own or control.
- We may ask you to verify your identity or your ownership of any website or social media account you list, at registration or at any time afterwards.
2. Affiliate Links and Coupons
Your affiliate link is generated automatically, and you can also generate affiliate links for specific products or collections. If a person clicks on someone else's referral link and later clicks on yours, yours is the one that counts.
You may or may not be assigned a coupon code, with details and usage shown on your Dashboard. If a customer both clicks your affiliate link and uses your coupon code, you will not receive a double commission.
- You may only promote the coupon code assigned to you. If you have not been assigned a coupon code, you may not promote any coupon code.
- You may not post, submit or share your coupon code or affiliate link on coupon, deal, cashback or discount-code websites, or allow it to be added to any browser extension or app that applies codes automatically.
- You may not present your coupon code as an official RYSE promotion or store-wide discount.
3. Active Promotion Requirement
This Program is designed for affiliates who actively promote RYSE products to their own audience, for example through social media content, videos, blog posts, reviews, newsletters or online communities. Commissions are a reward for introducing new customers to RYSE through your own promotional content.
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with RYSE in your content, as required by the Federal Trade Commission and other applicable advertising rules.
4. Prohibited Practices
The following are not permitted:
- Coupon aggregator, deal, cashback, or review-comparison sites, and any other passive last-click method
- Browser extensions, toolbars, or software that insert affiliate links or coupon codes, or that override another affiliate's or RYSE's own attribution
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden links or frames, automatic redirects, or any other method that sets an affiliate cookie without a genuine click by the customer
- Bidding on "RYSE" or any RYSE product name, or variations of them, in paid search advertising
- Websites, domains, or social media accounts that imitate RYSE or could be mistaken for an official RYSE channel
- Misleading ads, false claims about RYSE products or pricing, or spam
- Self-referrals, including purchases by you, your household, or people acting on your behalf
- Fake leads, bots, or fraudulent orders
- Using false identities, operating multiple accounts, or sharing a payout account with another affiliate
- Claiming websites or channels that you do not own or control
5. Proof of Promotion and Account Review
We may ask you at any time, including before any payout, to show how you are promoting RYSE. This may include links to your published content, screenshots, traffic or analytics data, and proof that you own the websites and accounts you have listed.
You must provide the requested information within 14 days of our request. If you do not respond within that time, or if the information does not show that you are actively promoting RYSE in line with these Terms, we may deactivate your account and deny any pending or approved commissions that are not supported by your promotion.
6. Commissions
You earn a commission when a customer you referred through your own promotion makes a purchase on our website. Commission amounts are calculated based on the commission structure of your program and on the order value, excluding tax, shipping, and other fees.
Every referral is subject to review under our fair use policy, and we may review each and every referral order. Referrals are typically reviewed and approved up to 60 days after the order is placed. We may deny any referral that:
- results from a prohibited practice or any other breach of these Terms
- was not generated by your own promotional activity, for example where your coupon code was obtained from a third-party website or applied automatically by a browser extension
- comes from an existing RYSE customer where there is no evidence that your promotion led to the purchase
- is refunded, cancelled, or charged back
Commissions only become payable once a referral has been approved. Commission status is shown in the Commission tab, and paid commissions are listed in the Payment tab.
7. Payments
To receive commissions, you must enter your payment details in Settings. Your payment account must be in your own name or your registered business name. Payments are subject to a minimum payout threshold, and the payment schedule is shown in your program details and on the Affiliate Guide page.
- We may withhold payouts while we review your account or referrals, including while we wait for proof of promotion. Reviews are normally completed within 90 days, and we will let you know if a review needs more time.
- A change to your payment details may trigger a review before your next payout.
- If we later find that a commission was paid for a referral that breached these Terms, or that was refunded or charged back, we may deduct that amount from your future commissions or ask you to repay it.
8. Deactivation and Forfeiture
We may deactivate any affiliate account at any time. If your account is deactivated because of a breach of these Terms, including any prohibited practice or a failure to provide proof of promotion, all unpaid commissions on your account are forfeited. If your account is deactivated for any other reason, approved commissions that were earned in compliance with these Terms will still be paid.
9. Marketing Tools
We may share promotional media such as banners, logos, or specific collection promotions through the Marketing tool tab. You can download the media or copy the HTML embed code to share on your channels.
10. Network
If the Network tab is activated, you can invite others to become your downline affiliates. If a downline affiliate brings an order to RYSE, you may also earn a network commission, depending on our settings. Downline affiliates are bound by these Terms, and network commissions from referrals that breach these Terms are not payable.
11. Cookies
We use a cookie to track people who click your link, so they need to have cookies enabled for us to track them. If a person does not allow cookies or clears their cookies, we cannot track them and cannot pay commissions on that person's activity.
The cookie duration is shown on the affiliate registration form. Tracking starts when a customer clicks your link or uses your coupon. Within the cookie period, orders placed by that customer on our website are attributed to you, subject to the review described in Section 6.
12. Independent Relationship and Taxes
You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and RYSE. You may not make statements or commitments on behalf of RYSE. You are responsible for any taxes owed on the commissions you receive.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms take effect when they are posted, and the effective date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to participate in the Program after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
